Silvertip Badger Shaving Brush, Black by St. James of London is a badger brush made with silvertip badger hair and soft tips. The knot measures 24 mm with a loft of 50 mm, set in a faux ebony handle 40 mm high for a total height of 87 mm. The bristles are handtied. The American brand was founded in 1953 and makes its shaving brushes by hand.
